from this view there is a direction from bottom to top
my direction assignment
I thought 2 equal waves can finish themselves, but what if they have not equal power ?
So that i wanted to show the interaction of a strong one and a weak one coming from other directions. Strong one can finish the weak one,but the weak one can decreases the power of strong one.

In this process of composition ; first, I focused on creating direction with lines. However, after few drafts I decided to create the direction effect with negative space.

First idea that came up to my mind when I saw the problem.
Then, I tried different figures and the negative space idea came up.
