My subject is monochrome rainbow. In my 2d project I wanted to emphasize how the redness effects the sky. But then I realized my composition lacked transformation. So in my styrofoam relief, I showed transformation through the column like structures and how they become deeper and more. In my final relief composition I showed the other colours tahy cannot pass the barrier of the sun. I made my barrier grey and black because it symbolizes the sunset and in sunset the sky becomes dark. I used organic shapes for my lights and they become more tangled to shoe the transformation. The red element is my ominant because red is the only light that can form a monochromic rainbow. …
