This is our team report for the assignment. These are my initial sketches for the sign. I tried a lot of things to make the sign abstract while keeping the sign related to the place. These are my final sketches. I decided to do the first one.
From these sketches, I decided to do the one which includes a tiny circle in the middle because I thought it gives more depth feeling than the others. Why I used a circle in the middle of it is the long stripes near the edges give some circular feeling.
This is my Depth Assignment. Because I used too many stripes and there was short time, my craftsmanship was not good. After this assignment, I will be careful about it.Real Life Depth Example…
